Like applying to any ordinary job, we will ask you questions about your experiences, and also test your judgment in some cases. We believe that by having high quality recruits, we will maintain our high quality web site.
Our team are really important and form an absolutely fundamental part of the web site. Without the team, the web site simply would not exist.

 Chat Room Moderator
We have one of the most popular gay youth chat rooms on the internet, and as such it requires much care and attention from a team of moderators. Being a chat host mainly involves stimulating conversation in the room, but also if and when a situation arises, a chat host is given the task of cooling it down and removing only chat users who are preventing normal operation.
This is a great position as it is mainly social!
