I did scouting in Hong Kong and found it very enjoyable. I joined late so didn't really get many or any badges before I left it, but I had fun and made new friends. After I left I did cadets in Australia and whenever I came back we'd do drills with old scouting friends and the scout master was more than happy to do that sort of stuff. It was great.
