As much as I tend to hate web-based chat interfaces, RealChat is ok... But after it's recent update, its flood protection has proved to be awfully frustrating. I cannot help it if I type fast, anyway, my point being.. I am banned from the chat, due to it.. Might help a little to either turn it down, or off.
