Depends on the reason he was lying there, i might give him my spare change, give him a hand if he's totally pissed and verging on unconsious ( requiring he's not ready to vomit ), or in the worst case scenario i might have to use some of my first aid talents.
Though i wouldn't kick dirt in his face, thats nasty. However i'd still probably photograph him and sell the pic to every sleazy tabloid in the world ( CHA-CHING )

There's something which doesn't make sense to me.. Assuming most people here don't believe in God, why do you (not specifically aimed at anyone...) harbour so much hate for him? Clearly, in your opinion, he doesn't exist. So why produce a list of all the wrongs he has done to you, and to others? No point writing a list to nobody, that makes you crazy. It's what he represents.
He's a sum of all the people that believe in him, and their collective beliefs.
For this reason, he becomes the kind of collective arse I'm sure some would love to kick. Seeing as, as far as I know at least, Steely's atheist, I'm assuming he either means it in jest or just a little hypothetical. Quite frankly, I know I'm safe in not having to really decide what I'd do if I found God lying in the streets. The fact that religion is discussed on this section of the forum generally tends to limit it from being open-minded, unless if you consider making up new myths like, I think God is a totalitarian Nazi sympathist female who likes to perve on the women's changing rooms, open-mindedness.
