Help!?

I went on a first date with a guy that I seems to be a nice, cool boy, but that was two weeks ago. I met him at the night of noise, (which I must say was pretty kick ass) so I started talking to him via facebook. Here's the thing though. I wasn't too chatty during the date. What can I say... I tend to be shy around cute boys I just met ;], but even despite that he seemed pretty cool about it and didnt make to big of a deal out of it. Then, I've been trying to go on another date with him for the past two weekends, but he always has "homework, projects, etc.". Hell, the first date was only an hour because he had homework. Ok, I get that it's the end of the year and final projects, but seriously, are you going to do them all weekend? Though I guess i have to consider that he'd probably want to hang out with his friends than me, since we did just meet. I'm holding on here, and there's only three more weeks school left. I just hope that he doesn't do summer school so maybe we could have that second date.

It just occurred to me that there's not much to really reply to on here... umm so i guess thanks for reading? haha idk but yea umm any advice on how to get that second date, or just how to sweep him right off of his feet?
