Anything Evanescence, especially The Open Door. I listen to the album and feel worse, and worse, and worse, then all of a sudden i'm happy again within the blink of an eye. After ive sat there and flailed about pretending to be all dramatic, cried etc

Upset me has a soundtrack. It would start with something sad and miserable-"Numb", Linkin' Park, and end with something heavy and loud"Nymphetamine(Overdose)",Cradle of Filth, when I feel better. With all sorts of degrees in between, like country ballads and classic tear-jerker's.

If I was heartbroken, I don't think I'd pick sad and depressing music like a lot of people here have. I wouldn't want to wallow in my depression... I'd go for some light jazz music, to remind me that life isn't so bad after all.

theres not spacific song i listen too, but i know that prettymuch anything by Dave Matthews makes me feel better....
i just kinda put my ipod on shuffle, and listen, if a song comes on i dont want... thats what next is for... i just sit and think mostly..
