As much as I tend to hate web-based chat interfaces, RealChat is ok...
But after it's recent update, its flood protection has proved to be awfully frustrating.
I cannot help it if I type fast, anyway, my point being.. I am banned from the chat, due to it..
Might help a little to either turn it down, or off.

Hi,
We cannot simply 'turn it down', which you probably already knew as you seem pretty clued up.
So that would leave us with the only option of turning it off. However, we cannot readily accept this either simply because it's quite often that there are no moderators to help monitor the rooms at that time, which is when flooding is at its worst.
So, for the sake of aggravating the obvious, it becomes a trade-off between one's ability to type fast vs. that of the security and enjoyment of the chat room when moderators are not in. According to the number of non-staff reports that we receive about some user abusing the facilities, by flooding and spamming, this indicates that we should keep it on.
Look on bright side, at least we have a new server that won't kick you out of the room for absolutely no reason:-P
