The first person that i came out to was my cousin. It was a day after my 16th birthday in 2007. I had told her that i had to talk to her, so when I told her she just looked at me, then said "I know" and just started talking about how she had suspected and that she didnt want to say anything until I was ready to tell. Now we are really close.

About a year and a half ago I came out to my two best friends (both girls) the one was shockd but cool with it, and the other was like "OK, and....?" And on November 15th 2007 I came out on Facebook. It exploded, and by the following Monday I was out to my entire school. My mom later read the note and told me she had suspected it for a while. She said she still loves me and has been cool about it. Now it's just telling the rest of my family. I have no plans for that yet.

I came out to all of mi friends first, kind of at once (wel i had to make an explosive show of it lol) though to be honest since dey were all girls and im not exactly da manliest guy in da world it wasn't dat big of a surprise, i was lyk than god now i can strut!!!

i first came out to a group of 3 girls and a guy
on a field at school.
i went up to them and was all "can i have a talk to you..."
we found a little corner and i was all "yeah i like guys"
and one of them said"oh finally! yeah we knew over a year ago"
i was 13 at the time.
and then i told the rest of my friends a few months later, and my mom the same day i told the rest of them.
and she said something along the lines of "well, i always wanted a daugher, i suppose youll do"
not living with my dad, ive never told him as i never speak to him.
and my grandparents think im Bi, so yknow sall fine.

I first came out to my best friend it was easy because she's gay too she said she has always known she told her girlfriend who is ok with it aswell, theyre the only two people i have told but my other friend i think knows due to we all keep talking about it.

I told one of my best friends last friday.
She took it great. She gave me a hug and said thats fine.
It makes no difference.
So I then had the confident to tell another mate.
She didn't believe me at first and has been acting strange around, but I'm hoping this will passed.
I havn't told any boys yet but I'm hoping to come out soon.
Am really dreading about telling my folks thou!

well people on here and other websites...but for people I actually know..
It was my bestfriend, it went pretty well. She was just like sweet, I have a bi bestfriend! and then I think that she forgot about it.. or something (but she didnt, she just didnt care that much)

alright so this is my first post.. anyways i haven't come out to anyone yet but i'm pretty sure they might have an idea. see on my myspace i put orientation as bisexual and no one has said anything.. my nexopia says homosexual as i am lesbian, but i don't have very many people on nexopia that i'm like actually friends with in real life other then one of my friends who's bi but it's never talked about and my other friend Jeremy who is gay but that's about it. see i'm pretty sure my friends have the idea because like i'll have a picture of a girl in my dp like tegan and sara or dani campbell or something and a couple people are like oh do you think she's or they're hot or something and i'm just like "yeah lol " and that's all that's said really... and i'm thinking of coming out as lesbian to my friends soon well my close ones anyways.. like in a couple days hopefully.. see my mom on the other hand i don't know what she's thinking.. i think she might have an idea, a) i only wear guys clothes b) one day i was talking about the gsa at my school and she's like you've been talking about this alot lately, i was like yeah.. and she's like are you gay or something and i'm like no i don't think so.. i get pretty defensive lol (lying obviously) and c) she asked me if i was gay two otehr times.. i was watching this vid on youtube about some guy and he was like dad i'm gay and the dad like beat him up (all a joke) and my mom's like oh are you trying to tell me your gay?...
see i know she doesn't have a problem with it if i was.. at least i hope. i'm just kinda like hmm i think it might be a bit akward afterwards.
so i'm like hiding and deleting the stuff i do on the computer like this website or anything that would show up..
anyways sorry for the long post i just needed to gett it off my chest sorta.
well if you've read this far
any suggestions on if i should come out to my mom and if you think she might know or my friends for that matter

I've sort of come out....i told my sister and my neice, we're very close in age and we're relly good buddies....haha i remember i started crying cuz they were very supportive....then i told my best friend, she was like "shut up, haha i knew it" then she hugged me....she said it she felt like the gurl on SAved...still trying to gather the courage to tell my parents

The first person I told was my cousin We were just alking down the street in town and I just was like "Yeah, I'm gay.." and she comes out with "Oh Really? Lets go get some Ice-dream." Lmao! I love her

The first person I came out was my bestfriend during Art lesson..He was totally accepting me but his drawing was scrap.. We are still best friend and now he is the boyfriend of my female bestfriend.. Yeah, I know, a pretty strange group..

I came out to my best friend whilst driving back from school. It messed up my driving a bit as I was so nervous, but it was certainly a weight off my mind.

I came out to a girl that I had been talking to for a while on my bus in like 7th grade. She was asking me who I liked and and she guessed Randy and I said yeah. Then she started naming off last names of the girl Randys in your school and I kept saying no. Then she said the last name of the only guy Randy in our school.

Well, i just came out to one of my best friends yesterday.... I couldnt do it face to face, so i used email! It kind of worked out I guess..... but then she suggested someone to talk to and it really helped me out.....

I actually came out to my closest friends in 8th Grade and then 9th I kinda became known funny thing that is also the same year I came out to my mother. She was okay with it well at least she acted that way I think she has some trouble with it because her father is really homophobic and not as liberal. But I know she is okay with it now. I found out that it was one of the biggest achievements I have done in my life.

well, i came out to one of my best mates first he was way pretty much accepting cuz he sorta guessed already. i the told a few more of my close mates and all was dandy. one of my mates, when i told her, she confessed to me she was bi (and she also fancied me as well which made her annoyed. i guess falling for someone who takes no interest in your sex is irritating...).
the it got out round the school. i was a bit bummed about that cuz a load of idiots wouldn't leave me alone and made fun of me but my mates supported me and twas alright n stufff. the hype eventually died down and a few more people came out in my year. turns out after i came out in school, there was a thriving gay community in my school i didn't know about! xD
well, eventually i got myself a boyfriend so i realised i had to tell my 'rents soon. my dad was giving me a lift home and i said
'hey, can i errm...tell you something?'
'sure'
'i have a boyfriend'
'o...k...how old is he?'
'same age as me'
'ok'
and that was it. xD
sadly my mum didn't take it so well as i just came up to her when she was watching tv and i said 'i have a boyfriend btw'. she then was like...wtf? and went into a denial rant. that was a couple of months ago. she occaisionally tries to turn my straight (quite pathetically) and goes on about how i should be carrying on the family name and that i should have children and that 'its just not right'. oh, and she's worried about what she would have to tell HER friends :/
anyway, now basically most of my teachers, nearly all the students, all my mates and my close family (mum, dad n sis (i think she guess after looking on my msn - she doesn't care anyway when i told her)
