Hmm ok well i was looking around and i noticed there wasnt a topic for anyone who plays something from the Games Workshop system So Ill get things started
I play Warhammer 40K and I have 3 armies-2K Imperial Guard, 1K Chaos Space Marines (Nurgle) and 1K Sisters Of Battle
I also play Warhammer Fantasy Battles and have armies-2K Night Goblins and a "Work in Progress" Beasts Of Chaos Tzeentch army.
So if there are other people who play or people who want to ask questions

I have a 3k Chaos army in progress ( i dont get paid enough to get everything i want). I'm kinda confused as to where to go with the army cuz chaos has so many different ways you can take an army. Any sugestions??

hmm well for a start do you have the new chaos codex, (the one with Blackheart in) and then what do you really mean by "where to go" do you mean style of play? or do you mean which god to follow, or both?
or do you mean expansion, in which case Id recommend looking at apocalypse rules and maybe getting some allys or of them tactical formations

they build a store in the mall for Games Workshop Hobby and i checked it out. It was fricken AWSOME!....first time i've ever heard if it too. ever sense i have been interested in it. Problem is, i have no idea where to start and how to begin. It's so overwhelming, Got any advice for a biginner? perhaps a website i could check out and read up on the history of the GWH?

reading up on the history will be a bit daunting theres tons of it. The best advice I can offer is go to the local store, decide which game you want to play (the medieval style combat Warhammer Fantasy or the Futuristic meets modern millitary style Warhammer 40 000 are the most popular.) Then once youve decided, ask for a intro game. From there you can look into the the different armies, ask about the style of play and see which suits you the most and go for it! You'll also need to pick up a copy of the rulebook. As a side note, getting the things together to start is quite the investment. But I hope you join it, join in and have fun!
