Ah yes, once more we're blessed with the words of a decrepid old fool.
Today he tells me that no one but God should determine justice; well that's all well and good but does this God fella have rehabilitative services set up? Does he have tax-funded prison systems? No, trusting God with justice is like jumping of a cliff and trusting gravity to not make you fall on the jagged rocks.
He tells me apparently Karl Marx inspired atheism (I was an atheist before I even heard of Karl Marx, strangely enough) has led to some of the most atrocious justice systems in the modern world. This is of course once one forgets all the utterly insane justice systems that are steeped in religion, whether Judeo-Christian ones in the past and even today, or Islamic-based justice systems. By comparisons, even the worst 'atheist'-flavoured justice systems taste like milk and cookies. Even then, there is no atheist justice system currently operating as the politicians running them are generally steeped in religion like biscuits dripped in the worst tasting coffee you've EVER tasted.
He tells me I can't run my own life, that WE can't run our own lives, that we must entrust in this fairytale to run our lives for us, and preferably leave a donation in the plate on the way out.
I can understand that there will be Catholics here that are gay, but I can't understand any of those Catholics believing a word of foul vitriol spewing from this old tormenting patriarch. I think it's time his life-support was cut.
Like in the wise wise words of Tool - Jerkoff 'I should play God and just, SHOOT YOU MYSELF!!!!' You should always respect one's religious beliefs, however imaginary friends, delusional behaviour, a belief in a two thousand year old folk-lore should be treated by a professional.

Well, he's over 80 and most people start being unreasonable by the time they're 65.
It balances out.

Bah, Communist bashing? I would be perfectly fine with Karl Marx inspiring atheism, but the notion is of course absolutely absurd, as atheism (or at least the concept of it) has been around since people have had the ability to think. Of course, as already mentioned, the whole terribly justice system is absolute bullshit, especially when placed next to the divinely inspired witch hunts and inquisitions. God is truly great and merciful... *sarcasm* "Where we have strong emotions, we're liable to fool ourselves." - Carl Sagan

Oh my God, and I'm actually listening to the song 'Heresy', by Nine Inch Nails, 'your God Is Dead!!!' I'm not slaughtering a pig though, not today.
