I don't think god hates us. I may be buddhist like my father now but when I was younger my mother always made me go to church with her. My mother always taught me that no matter what it says in the bible the god doesn't think homosexuality is wrong otherwise he would not have made them like that. I know its similar to other people's posts but thats my genuine opinion.

I agree 99%. There is a god but he is not spiritual in anymeans he is the singularity that began the Big Bang and created the universe. What really upsets me is that those who outcast us and use scripture as the base of their argument are those that break the 10 commandments, forgive the expression, religiously, which are the suposed laws of laws. They committ adultry, use the lords name in vain, disrespect their parents, etc. Those books call for the most extreme actions and all except the gay thing is considered unhuman and immoral. This was the same argument that Martin Schean(sp?) made in an episode of the West Wing. like myimmortal i am wiccan so i believe that sex whether it between male/female female/female or male/male is a spiritual loving experience, back to the topic though does the so called god hate us? according to the bible i think he does but he does not live this world that he created, the world he created has changed by what he created us! so inturn he created gay people did he not? so why hate somthing he created?

I was a devoted christian before i realized i was gay and i still am. I have done hours of research into this. I have reached a couple of conclusions. -Being Gay Is NOT A Sin -The Sin Is Being A "Homosexual Offender" (Which Basically Means Gay Sex) -In The Original Greek/Hebrew Texts List One Man Lying With Another On The Same Level As Eating Meat On A Friday -All Sins And All Sinners Are 100% Equal In The Eyes Of God, A Mass Murderer Is No Different Than The 2nd Grader That Steals A Pencil. -God Loves Us All The Same, No Matter What Our Sexual Preference, Skin Color, Or Any Other Thing The People Around Us Might Use To Discriminate Against Us

Depends who you're god is. As far as mine goes (I don't believe in any strict religion but the view of god and satan being one and the same as for everything in life has the potential to be good and evil), I don't think so. IMO (joko13 can dispute me on this) you can't take the bible as granted fact because the people who wrote it did so after the death of Christ and whilst they knew him, had to write literature under Roman rule with their own agenda behind their writings and in the context of the time, certain morals that may not have been God's own, may have been written in the text. Not to mention it was translated multiple times over many centuries.
I think that as the world has changed around us and these feelings of love and compassion have spread beyond the realms of 'doing it to make babies', God would see that his creation has developed and flourished and be happy for us.
Whoever's 'theory' is right on who god really is or isn't doesn't matter tbh does it? As long as we are able to have a good life while we have one we'll find the answers out later.
EDIT: Heck, with the world reaching extortionate levels in Population, maybe he wants it to happen

If there is a God, why did he created us to feel what we feel? Y didn´t he simplify make all of us straight? I dont know, but he did it becouse he wanted it 2 be that way, we dont have 2 believe we are going to burn in hell for feeling something he felt when he made us, love.
