WHy isn't this illogical?

Warning: I do not have any attentions of offending anyone and he/ or she religion.
There are two questions and topics that will be put into questioning?

I understand it is the Right to practice his or her own religion ( in the US).( First Amendment (establishment Clause)). But it is not their right and actually against the law to force a policy down someone throat like for example OUR RIGHT TO MARRY. IT IS a Natural right to marry who we want. Why should Heterosexuals get that right and we don't . AND WHY SHOULD Christians no offense say IT A SIN to let marry, when we could not being gay, bi, or etc... why should we not be able to show a commitment to that special someone, just like Heterosexual does? WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO SHOVE THIS UP THE CONGRESS AND PREVENT US MARRYING>

SECOND ISSUE

Warning i was raised JEWISH! so i be going by Jewish Law but it will apply to Christians.
Is this illogical? God makes us, different, He made us that we like the same sex, but then goes and makes it a sin to have sexual relationships with the same sex. (Leviticus 29) Is that illogical ? Why would he do that? Did he really intend for this? But doesn't it say in another part of the Torah to not judge someone, because we were once strangers in a strange land? Maybe this applies to the first issue I don't know?

The first issue you put forth is already absurd and everyone will agree, though perhaps not on the same basis. Religious lobbyists have an inordinate amount of power under the current administration, and thus whether many people agree or not doesnt matter so long as they control congress. There is no "natural" right to marry, however, contrary to popular belief, Christianity and religion for that matter do not have a monopoly on marriage. Two atheists can marry just fine, as can two Buddhists, or two Hindus. Fundamentalists often say that if they let two men marry, soon people will start marrying their pets. This is of course an argument run into the ground through sheer absurdity, a reductio ad absurdem as our latin buddies would have said. It's like saying that sex should be illegal or else soon there will be orgies in the street.

I won't go into the second issue, since the whole Bible and Torah are full of inconsistencies and twisted morality like that stated, and you would be better off developing your own philosophy.

To try and satisfy your second issue....homosexuality may or may not be illogical because the bible is kinda vague on this issue, although not really beating on homosexuality, but impure forms of it. I am talking about promiscuity or rape because Sodom in Genesis performed rape even to the same sex so it was seem wrong because the impure form..if you understand what I am saying. Jewish people thought that male-male sex was impure because it was supposedly a Canaanite practice. BTW Leviticus 29 does not exist...I think you were thinking of Leviticus 18 or 20. However he does talk alot about sexuality.....maybe he was gay and tried to hide his desires..who knows? Basically, there is no evidence that genetics plays a role in homosexuality so you can't really blame God for being homosexual.

Oh, please, the Bible is vague on every single issue. And besides, anything that IS clear in there is going to be interpretated in a bullshit way that fits the agenda. The Bible is no longer a holy book, but, instead, used constantly for political gains, and to oppress anyone and everyone it mearly mentions. I don't mind people following their own religion and such, but trying to live by the Bible is like trying to pretend your straight. It won't work for long, because, really, the guidelines are so fricken broad, to follow them all, you'd have to never leave your house.

Basically, there is no evidence that genetics plays a role in homosexuality so you can't really blame God for being homosexual.

Wait, what? That is completely wrong. Any reputable scientific organization admits that homosexuality is AT LEAST genetically linked. So please, do a little research in something other than you Fellowship of Christian Student's reference book before you go around making ridiculous claims.
As for blaming God, that honestly makes no sense. Saying God and genetics in the same sentence is an oxymoron. According to the Bible, God snapped his fingers, and BHAM!, we existed. Nothing about genetics in there.

No intent to offend, trust me. I guess I just get a little heated when it comes to ignorance.
