Yeah it's beautiful.
So quaint and cute with that spark of innocence. A lot like Audrey Tautou herself. Although you have to see Hors de Prix, she's great in that, completely different character.
The colours are really nice i thought. I should watch id again sometime. More is never enough

Yeah! 'tis my favourite movie ever...
some people say it's too cutesy and it gives a very idealistic view of modern Paris but I <3 it.
and making it all the better - it's in French!!

This is one of my all-time favorite movies. The traveling garden Gnome was by far my favorite part.

I loved it too - it's just..so French! I'm trying to learn Une comptine d'un autre été on the piano - it's pretty hard though
Has anyone seen L'Auberge espagnole or Les poupées Russes? They're both great movies as well, which I'm sure you'd like if you liked Amelie (Audrey Tatou's there in these as well!)

i saw this movie when i was an innocent twelve years old and was utterly enchanted. now though it just looks like one of those 'splenda' commercials, or maybe a lousy deodorant commercial with those awful special effects when she shows the old blind man around. it really is the cinematic equivalent of eating a bag of sugar. its so coy and stereotypically french, so of course its the highest grossing 'foreign' movie of all time.
