"Last Song" by Gackt can usually do it, as can "Sayonara". Generally, certain lines or verses tend to be what does it.
Also, "1000 Words" by Sweetbox makes me kinda sad. Woo nerdism.

i dont really cry that much. but there are a few songs that get me emotional.
