I guess it depends on your personality and how well those people know you. None of my friends asked me anything like that because they all know that I have no intentions of having sex just yet. (My last boyfriend broke up with me because I wouldn't sleep with him, but I wanted that to happen anyway because I was only dating him for popularity hehe. But that was ages ago now. Over a year and a half even) ~Megan~

Yeah, mine did.
What I suggest is that you reinforce the idea that you're just the same as them, only have different sexual interests, and that doesn't account for any deviations in sexual lifestyle. If they persist just tell them that it's personal and you'd rather not talk about it.
If all else fails, and I strongly recommend that you avoid succumbing to this - you can 'massage' the truth a bit.

That was pretty much the first thing people at school asked me when I found out! lol. I don't think it's because of an assumption that gay people just have meaningless sex, but more out of curiosity into how it works! The people who asked me about it are intelligent and decent people, and certainly don't put people into stereotyped catagories. But still, I just said that it was a personal thing and I wasn't going to discuss it openly with just anyone and everyone!

I wasn't asked once by parents or friends and like Kreamy said it shouldn't be any different to if you were straight.

The most common thing I get is "do you fancy me then" from guys and "do you fancy my boyfriend" from girls. Then I have to endure lists of people and state if they're hot or not.
I might start doing it to my straight friends. Just for fun. -- Snip Snip --
