Your username is appropriate, so therefore we cannot take special measures to change it for you. You have two options.
1) You can request this account be suspended and you create a new account altogether. For this, please send us a request to chatmanager@thegyc.com FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED WHEN YOU REGISTERED. This is so that we can verify who you are.
2) You can email info@thegyc.com and request a name change. Same rules apply for sending an email from the email address you entered when you registered.
