I know it's possible, but as far as I'm aware it's a rareity and only done in ocassions such as usernames breaching any of the rules, etc.
If management could shed some light on this, that'd be great

Your username is appropriate, so therefore we cannot take special measures to change it for you. You have two options.
1) You can request this account be suspended and you create a new account altogether. For this, please send us a request to chatmanager@thegyc.com FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED WHEN YOU REGISTERED. This is so that we can verify who you are.
2) You can email info@thegyc.com and request a name change. Same rules apply for sending an email from the email address you entered when you registered. .:. Hi,
I sent an email to info@thegyc.com and requested a name change. I got this ticket and I don't know what to do about it. Can anyone explain to me?

What does this mean? Does this mean I should wait? But I've waited for 4 days. Haha, I really need someone to tell me, please~~

That's just the way we do things here. I'm not entirely sure who accesses those tickets but when someone sees it they will get back to you. Dan Green
