ok long and short of the story is i came out to my mum and sister 3years ago and they reacted so horribly that i said it was a phase and now im back in the cubord so any advise

maybe not the best way to do it but it could work.... tell them that this 'phase' is just lasting a long time, maybe even the rest of your life... Science has made us gods even before we are worthy of being men.

I'm currently going through the exact same thing. I told my parents that I was Bi last year (the tragic tell-your-parents-your-Bi-when-your-actually-gay situation), and they sent me to a psychiatrist, and now think i'm cured. Obviously you can't cure your sexuality, and obviously i'm still the same way, so I'm going to have to come out AGAIN .
I agree with the posts above. If you feel your ready, then tell them that you are you, and you can't change that ^__^. "You don't need a reason to help someone"
