I'm out to my closest friends (and a couple of others) but I haven't yet told my family. I feel guilty that I haven't confided in my parents cos I know they'll be upset that I didn't trust them. However, that doesn't stop me being sh*t scared about talkin to them!
A few years ago mum told me that one of my childhood friends got into trouble for kissing another girl on the school bus (inappropriate behaviour or sumthin) and said at the time that she didn't care if I was gay. However, I still can't build up the courage to say anything. One of my brothers seems very homophobic but I don't know if he is.
HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I know how you feel. My best friend has had a gay friend before, and she has absolutely no problem with gays, but it was still extremely tough for me to tell her even though I knew that she would be fine with it. I did eventually tell her through email a few weeks ago though (I was too afraid in person), and she's fine with it ^__^.
In your case, I would wait for the right time. If your parents ask eventually, or the time where you feel you can do it comes, then tell them the truth at that point. You need to wait until you have the courage to do so, and it will come eventually! Perhaps leave some hints, or something along that line?
I wish you the best of luck ^__^,
