Yes the time diff, part of my job when hiring mods or admin is knowing where they are and what time zone they are and converting it all to GMT the GYC is located in the UK and runs off GMT, I am usa what might help is do a search for gmt time zones, or time zones international as I have did I use a converter that I got off the web.
