Hi, I am going to submit an article to thegyc's editor (thank you for this chance hamish!) and if he likes it, i will get my own column here. I intend on writing my first article on highschool homophobia, but I want to know what you guys want to read about after that, because it is you guys im writing for after all.

*shrugs* Seeing as no one else cares to contribute, I have got a couple suggestions here to offer up.
1) Same-sex marriage. Granted, we here about that enough already but most people don't even bother doing any kind of research on it first and because of that it gets all screwy.
2) Safe sex among teeangers. It seems this is a topic that's often overlooked. Oh, you here about always using a condom, etc, but do they ever really go into facts or what not, nope. And I think that teens are far more likely to read an article if it's presented by one of their own.
3) If you really want to stretch your wings in the editorial department, you could always try something like focusing on the views taken towars homosexuality by the major world religions. I plan to do something like this myself, devoting one blog per week to each religions. Chrstianity (United, Anglican & Roman Catholicism foremost), Judaism, Islam (a subject I know all too well), Hinduism, Sikhism & Budhism. I'd like to see someone elses take on writing that sort of thing.
