Hmm... fair play if you don't want to eat meat, but maybe you should do a bit of research into how much of that video is factual, how much is being economical with the truth, and how much is blatant lies in an attempt to brainwash the naive (and usually young).
Look up some real scientific facts on the pros and cons of vegetarian/vegan diets and animal cruelty statistics/the slaughter procedures etc for yourself, and form your own opinions/beliefs from that. Don't just blindly follow PETA. That organisation is nowhere near credible if you scratch beneath the surface a bit.

PETA has been known to kill animals it doesn't want to shelter. A few years ago 2 PETA members dumped the bodies of dozens of cats, dogs, and other animals into a dumpster in North Carolina. They did it over a period of several weeks before they were arrested.

That example is a bit extreme to be fair. Usually the carcasses get stored in their $10,000 walk in freezer before being cremated.
Their record is appalling considering they supposedly campaign for 'ethical treatment of animals'.
This is what happened to the pets taken into PETA's 'care' in 2007 (official stats from Virginia Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services):
Total taken in (not including animals returned to owners, i.e. after neutering etc) - 1892
Adopted - 17 Transferred - 45 Remained at facility - 18 Died at facility - 1 'Euthanized' - 1811
Yeah, killing 95.7% of the animals in your care is really ethical.
Supporting animal rights is commendable. Doing it in the manipulative, hypocritical way in which PETA seem to do is disgusting. I think they've paid the legal expenses of arsonists and groups the FBI consider to be domestic terrorists who 'support the cause' in the past too, haven't they? (Not 100% sure of that but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it was true) They're pretty much a watered down animal rights equivalent of Al Qaeda really. They need to take a leaf out of the RSPCA's book.

PETA should be a good group, everyone has a choice, but they take things to extremes. Throwing paint on people's coats and that sort of stuff is just screwed up, I don't wear fur, but I have a leather jacket, if they poured paint on me I'd sue 'em for every cent they've got, as at the end of the day my jacket isn't just a material possession, it was a gift from my mum and means something to me.
I'd actually really like PETA to pick on someone like me, I'd take them to the cleaners several times.

Oh no, I've got no problem whatsoever with their beliefs (I don't even mind that half the time the 'facts' they spew out are complete crap). It's their actions and lengths they go to to force others to follow their way of thinking that I don't agree with. Eat a BLT and suddenly you're being treated like the illegitimate love child of Satan and Hitler... if you happen to be young and naive, they try to brainwash you into believing your parents murder cute little defenceless spring lambs by dropping concrete blocks on their heads (reference to a scene in that video), and that if you eat a Big Mac you're gonna be dead next week.
If they want to believe that killing a few rats to try and save the lives of millions of people who die of AIDS is wrong, that's fine... it they want to protest against it, and/or campaign to get the law changed, that's still fine... but setting fire to the testing lab and intimidating the scientists' families is overstepping the mark a bit.

Troy: Come on Jimmy, let's take a peek at the killing floor. Jimmy: Oooh! Troy: Don't let the name throw you, Jimmy. It's not really a floor, it's more of a steel grating that allows material to sluice through so it can be collected and exported!
