Probably There Is A Light That Never Goes Out, by The Smiths. But you'd have to be pretty odd to play that with your SO - its very much about unrequited, almost pathetic longing for the unattainable (but, its the Smiths, so it also mocks itself for these qualities).
If it has to be an actual love song . . . well, I'll just go the easy route and say anything off of 69 Love Songs.
