well ive done a test and tryed out different web browsers and the fastest is mozzila firefox for this website.

As Dragonking said. Your ISP (for instance mine, is JANET NOSC) is typically a server or serverS that give you access to the internet -- whenever you bash a search term or web address in your browser, it goes to your ISP, and your ISP completes that request for you.
I find Mozilla Firefox and Opera are also quite fast for this site, a touch faster than Microsoft Internet Explorer. I wanted this account deleted, but not much unlike MySpace, they wouldn't. Well, here I have a little something.
