Just wondered wat dey were cos mine was empty and now it's kinda full of orange spheres lol.

When someone fills out your guest book, they have the chance to "rate" you on ascale of one to five (orange spheres)

This is then averaged from all the ratings in your guestbook and shown in your profile as "Avg Profile Rating"
