[/size] Politics or Mudbath? Hang on, because the Presidential race is just getting going! LOL!
Let me ask you a question. It is one that has hounded me for the last month or so. So, here it is:
I have wondered, a party that is divided at this late stage of the race for President--does that party have a better chance of winning over a party who has a clear candidate? If so, why? Please let me know your feelings and we can continue this debate to further goals. [size=3]

A divided party is without a doubt at a disadvantage of a party that has not divided.
The Republicans have not divided, if they did it would be completely fatal for their already troubled party. They have been very intelligent in coalescing behind John McCain, even though the hardcore conservatives in the Republican party dislike him, he is the only way they can win.
We all know Hilldog can't win...she should throw in the towel. But her own personal motivations keep her going, which is good for HER, but bad for the democratic party. As they say, united we stand, divided we fall. That saying applies perfectly well to the Democratic party's current conundrum.

There's a lot of time before the election and it shouldn't be long now till Obama wins the nomination, so hopefully the rifts can be healed soon and the democrats can succeed.
