Squarepusher, always worth a listen, whether for crazy electronica or virtuoso bass playing, the guy is an utter genius.
Bjork= godess.
Sigur Ros, with ease the best rock band around at the moment, their music is so unique and uplifting.

Okay, it's hard to find something I don't love, so you're in for a biiig list, but first and foremost:
Sufjan Stevens
Bright Eyes
Elliott Smith
Alexi Murdoch
Chris Garneau
and a BUNCH more.
My guilty pleasures would have to be the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana/MIley Cyrus, though.

Im slightly ashamed to say I lurve Disney music. Not the old stuff, more the remakes. I've got a wicked CD with like Tina Turner singing Lion King xD. Absolute favourite of ALL is DAVID GRAY - BABYLON. Kinda grew up with that song lol. Little bits of Verve, Squeeze, U2, Phil Collins. Kind of calm rock yano.

Hmm... I would have to say mine would have to be Tool, Disturbed, and A Perfect Circle. Since I'm a drummer, I like to listen to music that has really complicated rythms. I also tend to really pay attention to the lyrics. I like music that speaks to your soul and let's your mind wonder.

Right now, my favorite bands happen to have a chill, relaxing kinda sad tones to them, also they have upbeat songs aswell. They are the hush sound and Jack's Manniquin, great bands.

The Beatles...without doubt. They changed music and culture unlike any band before them or after them...they're the greatest band ever, and will probably never be approached for the title ever. I mean...Lennon/McCartney songwriting pairing??? Oh yea, and there was also that other guy George Harrison...

I have a few...Radiohead are one of my favorites, just because of the way their music makes me feel. OK Computer, The Bends, Hail To The Thief, Amnesiac...It's all awe-inspiring.
Then there's The Moldy Peaches, and Adam and Kimya's solo stuff. Just great, hilarious songwriting. Cute as hell.
Then the two honorable mentions are Minus The Bear and Protest The Hero.

I just discovered the beautiful band that is Vampire Weekend, so I love them now! They have fabulous music, and all the members are absolutely beautiful! for such a dark name, they're all very preppy.
I also really love Metro Station now, they're awesome too.

Uhh...Well, the top three would have to be David Bowie, Gogol Bordello, and Elliot Smith. Other top contenders are Pink Floyd, Velvet Underground, Nico, the Ramones, the Sex Pistols, The Cure, the Dresden Dolls, Marilyn Manson, Placebo, The Misfits, and Iggy Pop and The Stooges.
