How do you tell a guy that you actually haven't met, but you think he likes you but you aren't really sure about it, that you like him? How would you approach him?

first off whoever the peson your talking abbout is, is a verry lucky person! if i wer you i would ask to talk to the person alone and just ask the person if they would want to hang out with you sometime.. and if they say no then i guess u need to get over them and if they say yeah then just get to know em better, o and sadly i am in the same situtaion but im too chiken to aplly this advise to myself
