-Most attractive: Lulu from FFX! She was awesome xDD (If I were a girl, I'd be her.)
-Best Personality: I quite liked Queen Brahne in FF9's personality. What's more fun than a big blue mad dictator?
-Most realistic: Most realistic...? In Final Fantasy? ROFL. I guess... umm... I'll say Yuna, because she reminded me of a friend.
Males
-Most attractive: Auron! =]=]=]
-Best personality: Gao in FF6. He was a legend of a crazy little kid with green hair!
-Most realistic: The guy in FF6... what's he called... Locke?

Most attractive- Princess Garnet FFIX(after hair is cut): the cutscene where she cut it was amazing XD
Best personality- Yuffie FFVII: never gave up no matte how bad things looked
Most realistic- Lulu(i think thats right no played it in ages)FFX retty much took things as they came as though she'd seen it all before XD
Males
Most attractive- Vincent Vallentine FFVII dirge of cerberus: couldnt take my eyes away XD
Best personality- Auron FFX: always knew what was right and kept every1 in check like a big brother
Most realistic- Vivi FFIX: like a little innocent kid just looking for his place XD thought it was pretty good how he was made out te be a little kid but also so brave XD

Zidaine and Squall are the most attractive: Tidus wasn't cool enough to qualify. Vivi is definately my favourate character.
I've played every numbered FF game save eleven. IX is my favourate. Huh: I usually endlessly ramble on about these things. Maybe I'm just a little bit out of it today.

-Most attractive: urmm.. Yuna in X2? she changed so much and her quest in finding Tidus was romantic.
loved her in her dress sphere singing 1000words.
-Best Personality: Has to be Rikku XD, shes just the best.

Most Attractive: Lulu from FFX best female character if i was straight id probably find it hard to love more.
Best personality: Rikku from FFX she just gets on with and trys to keep people happy at the same time
most realistic: Tifa from FFVII & AC, just an ordinary person who owns a bar alongside saving the world
Males
Most Attractive: this is so hard and i cant decide so; Vincent VII & AC, RENO, Balthier XII, Main Character from Versus XIII and Cid VII
Best Personality: Balthier XII
Most realistic: Cid VII &AC

Omg Vaan, Tidus, Cloud, Balthier, And Sephiroth, They are All Amazing ^-) ) Especially Tidus. - stairs up in the thought of Tidus in my bed - Oh I get chills when i think of Him.. :3 I want my own Tidus. He is the best.
