Caravaggio and Hasui my favorite artists. I can't describe the awe that Caravaggio's paintings put me in. Kawase Hasui was a great shin hanga artist (which is 20th century ukiyo-e). I haven't done a ton of printmaking but I absolutely love it (that or illustration will be my major in college) and so he and Hiroshige and Hokusai have all been inspirations.
