I did little diging and found out that most covens whont acept u till ur 18 but i also relly thinck that magic exesits but am not wiccan and i have tried a few spells that have worked and a few that havent

The thing about magick is that there are many traditions, you need to find the one that works best with your personality. There's wicca, druid, egyption, wizardry, dark arts, etc. I'm personally aligned with shadow lore which takes the view that white magick, grey magick, and black magick are okay to use as long as the intent of the practitioner is pure.

Also, keep in mind that a spell is only as good as the person casting it.

i have actually always wanted to try it... but 1st off i would have no clue as to what im doing so knowing my luck i would open a floodgate to hell for demons and such
2nd, im paranoid about religion... im not very religious except when it comes to extreme things like this.
i know some people on myspace that are wiccans. the stuff they tell me sounds kinda fun...

yeah i dnt go with the whole coven thing! im a solitary wiccan and well i wouldnt see the point in joining a coven! but suppose its up to the individual person!

yeah but from what I learned isn't black magick bad? you usually do bad things dealing with that kind of magick like bindings and such. and isn't druidism not thought of anymore?

It depends on your belief system. Some people think of black magick as evil, and others think it's okay as long as you have pure intent.

Druidism is quite prevalent. I know a few druids, and I've spoken to many on pagan forums and such.

Alright everyone. Let me start from the beggining. My name is Nick Horne. I am a Wiccan, I have 12 years of experience, my mother's side of my family is almost entirely Wiccan and has been for a long time. I think I know a thing or two. There is no, I repeat, NO such thing as black magick. It all depends on the intentions of the witch or whatever. There are spells that are intended for harm, but those are only to be used in emergency situations, only. You dont necessarily have to be a certain age to be in a coven. I am only 15 (and a half) and I am starting my own coven. Age doesnt tend to matter much at all. Its all about experience and strength of faith. It makes me happy that I am not the only Wiccan/Pagan on this site, so thanks whomever started this post, it made my day. If any of you, ever have questions, I would hope that you would be comfortable enough asking me, okay? If you need anything just ask.

yeah just from what I've learned black magick is bad, but I guess it could be ok if to say you were binding a bad person. but hey I have a question. I think of things that seem kind of weird or whatever, but I'm wondering, to become a full fledged wiccan, do you have to recite the wiccan law in the presence of a full fledged wiccan?

yeah I guess your right. magick shouldn't have labels, it should just be pure magick. but I guess you could define what type of magick your doing as in good neutral or bad but I guess all 3 don't really exist, its just magick. yeah I think like my mom is a wiccan, or that she isn't but belives in magick and such, because she has her own alter, she burns insence alot, she has many candles, crystals, that kind of stuff in her room. and other things but yeah. so there is no age restriction to be in a coven? because that would be nice to join one at my age so I don't have to keep wondering what to do by teaching myself (yeah my grammers bad but hey I typed this at almost 4 in the morning lol) but yeah I think being a wiccan is great. because no one makes you believe in gods and goddess and such you can just do whatever
