I would be cremated and I would donate my organs. Once I'm dead I'm not using any of it anyways.

Due to overcrowding from those pesky cemetaries causing land values to rise, I don't want to be part of the problem, burn me!!! Preferably after I die

i definately want to donate anything that is possible for them to take, then have the rest of me cremated.

First they need to make a wax life sized figure of me in the pose I would have taken during death (something entirely horrific) and the figure would be placed somewhere easily viewed. My actual body can be left to decay somewhere easily smelt.
People should suffer through my death as much as possible *nod*

As I'd be dead i doubt i'll be able to care what they did with my body, aslong as its kept out of reach of the necrophiles.
