Re:??Bisexual = Tart?? 7 Months ago
hi read ur message and thought all points could be true and made me think alot. i am bi/curious/confused. the main reason i am confused is cause i have been in love with a girl, but always checking out bois and really wanting to do stuff with them. unfortunately since my family are propa homophobes i dont want them finding out i like bois which makes it even harder.

I hate the stereotype that bi people are just confused. True, some of them might be, but some fully straight and gay people are, too. Speaking from personal experience, I spent nearly 17 years living a "straight" life and I hated it, because I've known since I was about 11 that I was into girls, but was in complete denial about it. So I decided that I must be a lesbian, and that was...wow. That was the roughest couple of weeks of my life. I felt even more trapped being a lesbian then I did being straight, and that's saying something. So it only seemed obvious that I'm bi, and ever since I've come to that realization, I've been happier than ever. I feel so content with it, not because it's an "easy way out," but just because that's how I feel. I'm attracted to guys and girls. That's just the way it is.

If that isn't the truth then I don't know what is... I also agree with daqu as well. I deffinately don't feel trapped being bi.. there's deffinately a freedom to it and I love it =]

Well I identify as being Queer and gay; to me Queer has many meanings one being anything not straight also a sexuality. I could go out with a boy, a girl, or a transkid I don't really care. Though I do think I would like to be with a boy more, if I met a great girl it wouldn't really matter.

The word bisexual to me is too exclusive; only acknowledging two genders.

I think of myself as inbetween and as I get older and start looking more female to find a balance between the two, I think that gender and the bits between someoones legs aren't really important. I met this one girl who looked like a complete dude (and still ID'ed as a chick) she was sooo hot, then I met this one bro with her yums , and later I met this other girl (who looked like one too) sooo hot like I'd so go out with any of them.

Another flaw with bisexuality is once you go out with someone you are considered either straight or gay. While being Queer crosses gender and sexual boundaries.
