Most Attractive Female:
Rikku (FFX/X-2) - Sexy=Looks, and she definitely has the physical attractiveness. Her outfit in X was hot, and then even hotter in X-2! Her personality as this fun, cheery, young girl with an innocent charm just adds to her sex appeal! I'm rambling and I can go and on about her...the point is, she's perfect. lol.

Best Personality Female:
Quistis (FFVIII) - Well I thought who would I date if I was straight and it came down to her, she's smart, dependable, super hot and seems like the type who would take care of her guy...and I love her for that.

Most Realistic Female:
Rinoa (FFVIII) - For this one I'm not 100% sure, so Rinoa is the best choice. She reminds me of japanese school girls, which is cute. lol.

Most Attractive Male:
Vincent Valentine (FFVII) - Look at him! (drools) He's intelligent, cool, and knows how to dress. Plus you can look at Vincent and tell he's the kind of person that had alot of secret and mystery around him...I'm that way sometimes

Best Personality Male:
Tidus (FFX) - Funny and kinda goofy guy. I love that he seems to always have a positive outloof on things. He lightens everyone's mood and keeps people happy thought X...I'd totally hang out with him.

Most Realistic Male:
Reno (FFVII) - He's so charismatic. His attitude toward life is unique and real to me. Like a smart ass mixed with a laid back guy.

Most attractive male is Balthier from 12, but i gotta say Reno from 7 is noteworthy.

Most attractive female is Tifa. The battle scene from advent children makes her kick-ass too.

OMG! Balthier of course he is just, well....amazing...how can you not want Balthier!

Tidus from FFX was, is, and always will be the hottest boy, real, imaginary, CG, fictional, drawn, of any kind, ever. Ever. EVER!

I wish I looked just like him, and that I had a boyfriend who looked just like him (I have nothing against in-family relationships between two identical twins. None at all). He is my ultimate ideal of hot.

I'm glad I'm not that airheaded, though, and that I'm not quite that sappy.

-Most attractive: Defiantly Paine (FFX2) If I liked girls...I would jump on that Something about her moody darkness makes me feel all fuzzy inside ^.^

-Best Personality: Yuffie (FFVII) OMG!!! The bubbly materia thief! I identify with her and find my personality quite similar Though, I don't steal stuff...yet

-Most realistic: Yuna (FFX-FFX2) Can you get any cuter? She's the bible thumper who went all rogue and sphere hunty. Not too mention she never lost her good-girl character

Males
-Most attractive: There is just one? If I had to pick It would be Zidane (FFIV) Something about a Playful, flirtatious boy with a tail makes me feel all warm inside

-Best personality: Vivi (FFIV) Can you get any cuter?! I love teh little black mage's child-like personality I even have a plushie of him! ...That's normal, right?

-Most realistic: Rufus Shin-RA (FFVII) The power hungry business man I guess his exploits and goals remind me of people in the real world.

as for most attractive FF chars i would have to say Rikku is by far the hottest female char ever created. i just love her <3

but, more importantly, the hottest male char is def Cloud Strife (FFVII) ...Big Sword... /Drull.
