Okay, so I've only played FFX and X2. (I've started XII but I don't really have that much time spare at the moment.) So my choices are pretty limited! But here goes...

FEMALES
MOST ATTRACTIVE: Lulu from FFX/X2. Man, she is hot. Surly, serious, long black hair... woof! (The aeon Shiva is also pretty attractive but maybe she doesn't count.)
BEST PERSONALITY: Rikku from FFX/2. She's adorable and I loooove her!
MOST REALISTIC: Erm... probably a random shopkeeper or something. I don't think any of them are particularly realistic!!!

MALES
MOST ATTRACTIVE: Auron from FFX. There is something about his demeanour that is just soooooooo seductive.
BEST PERSONALITY: I'd have to go with Tidus or Wakka from FFX. They're both so funny!
MOST REALISTIC: See above.

So yeah, those'd be my choices! Hehe, anyone else?!

Males:

Most Attractive: Balthier (FFXII). The way he spoke and carried himself was so confident and alluring.

Best Personality: Zidane (FFIX). He was always nice and kept the party happy and together. Plus, he was very funny with all of his lady chasing.

Most Realistic: Wakka (FFX). He reminds me very much of the closed-minded, religion-clingy people around my area; he was annoyingly real.


Females:

Most Attractive: Beatrix (FFIX). She was a tough opponent, but very sexy indeed. I especially love her thick hair.

Best Personality: Rinoa (FFVIII). She was amazing. She wasn't a shy heroine like Terra (sort of), Garnet, or Yuna; she really spoke her mind, got out there, fought, and let people know how she was feeling.

Most Realistic: Rinoa (FFVIII). This is the reason I put her as best personality: she is a very believable character and someone you can relate to. I love Rinoa!

Paine and Rikku. Best combination ever.

Best Personality: Zidane. I found him very funny and a lot of fun as a main character.
Most Realistic: Squall. He shows how being lonely affects you and that there's always someone out there for you ^_^.
Favourite Overall: uhm.............Cloud or Cid Highwind. I dunno why, but I always seem to have Cid on my team .

Female:
Most attractive: I'd say Tifa or Garnet
Best Personality: Rikku, Paine, or Yuffie
Most Realistic: Tifa. She's really down to earth and I love how kind she is ^_^.
Favourite Overall: Aeris or Tifa. I just absolutely loved Aeris in FF VII and I ALWAYS have her on my team. Tifa (see above ).

Looks- Would probably beee... I dont know im gay but LULU (FFX) Really has it going on

Personailty- Tuff one hummm i would have to say PAINE (FFX-2) Shes fiery

Most realistic- Although she can summon huge beasts it would be GARNET/DAGGER (FF9)

Males

Looks- OOO lol, Went to this cosplay party and there was squalls and tiduses walking all around the place (The lads dressed as them were fit 2) so does that answer that? (ALSO AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS INGUS FROM FF3 ON DS IS FINE?!?)

Personailty- GIPPLE (FFX2) So funny

Most realistic- Zell i would say hes the only person who is normal. But we all like a bit of abnormailty

lets see... well the most attractive for me would be Cloud in Advent Children especially when he's soaking wet from the rain. other than that i think Cecil from final fantasy IV (paladin form)

Damn FF characters are getting more effeminate as the series progresses, especially Tetsuya Nomura's character designs.

I've enjoyed all the FF games, however I was really disappointed wit XII, however Basch was hawt!

As far as guys go, Laguna Loire from VIII and Tseng from VII were the only two guys to ever really catch my attention.

Women though..I really like Raine from VIII, and Elena from VII.
