I also think that you are going about the right way... just keep doing things the way you are. Also, I don't know how out you are, but try and be confident about who you are and tell a few people. After a while, that kind of thing spreads, and who knows, maybe one day you'll stike up a nice conversation with a potential boyfriend! The main thing is not to look. Once you start looking, you get frustrated, and then you get depressed. Finding a romantic hookup occurs in the most unexpected places at the most unexpected times. Just keep your humour up, carry on with your normal life, don't freak out, and you're bound to bump into a guy in the end!
