I think I will go with what seems to be the popular answer of smooth to smooth with some hair. The some hair being the crotch hair.

It depends on my mood really, I mostly prefer guys to be smooth but I don’t mind a little bit of hair, it can be a good look on some men

Seems like an odd question. The only time it would matter is if I were getting up close to a guy, and since I do not do flings, I would probably care a great deal about him by that point - in which case, hair is more or less irrelevant. I suppose I find smooth more attractive physically but that doesn't matter to me in any practical way; I don't seek out the smooth guys.

Meh being part Arab has given me some hair... which i never knew a black person could get lol.. i don't know it doesn't really bother me that much so long as they don't have back hair that looks like uncle thing from the adam's family i'm happy!
