Right well i am not sure I can add more but I'm Bi and I do only fall for certain boys and certain girls, however when it comes to physicallity of the reletionship it differs depending on gender, I find, I am that at the moment I am much more sexually comfortable with a male then a female , but I make more effort to romance a female, though I dont use males just for sex not at all. Wether I'm a tart or not is down to perception but I know many more straight tarts then ones of a homosexual or bisexual orientation.

well, i don't believe that we're confused. I'll just go for CERTAIN boys and CERTAIN girls like everybody else. There are a number of Bisexuals that are confused, though. i don't believe it's MOST of them like everybody says, because i'm Bi, and i would know. lol. You can't really have an opinion about something without experiancing it.

From my personal experience the bisexual people i know tend to be a bit more promiscuous then their gay counterparts. but oddly they still don't sleep around as much as the Straight people...which puzzles me but i'm getting off point

i'm sure i had some kind of amazing point but i've forgotten

bisexual people are fun and it does annoy me slightly when people label them as confused because if they were just confused they would likely not bother saying they are bisexual yes?

Yes.... all bisexual people do nothing but sleep around with anyone and everyone they can...=/ I've never understood why people think that, someone's sexuality does not make them more likely to sleep around or be a slut, it's a personality thing. And if you were to take plato's word for it it's the straight people that are the most like that.... (read the simposium).

hey i think all ur opinions are kickass and very helpful. i agree with most of u but i figured id put in my two cents anyway. i think all bi (and straight and gay individuals for tht matter) are unique in their sexual preferences. somes bis are more prone female while others are more prone males. for me its kinda 50/50. i mean theres things that attract me to guys and there are different things that attract me to girls. persoanlly i would rather be in a relationship with a girl because it would be much more accomidating in society. however its difficult being bi because i dont think i would be able to tell a girl i was dating that i was bi for a while until we knew each other really well. otherwise she would jus judge me based on how i define myself and rather than who i really am. overall though i think u fall in love with a person based on the person, not on the gender.

Well, everyone has put forth such good opinons, and covered basically everything, but I thought I'd add my two cents anyway.

I was raised by very "people are people" parents, and then all of a sudden I get to eigth grade and I need a label! What is that about? I identify as bisexual, because I am attraced physically to both men and women, though I am not 50/50. However, when looking for a partner, what is inside is so much more important to me. I would much rather ID as gay, but thats not the whole truth. I don't own my bisexuality because I am embarassed about all the negative conotations associated with the label and I REALLY hate it when people think I'm going through a phase of any kind. Personally, I prefer it when I don't have to label myself at all, and I think those of you who own your bisexuality and are out with it are brave.

Oh, and I'm a total prude.

I agree with the post's that say it depends on the personality not the sexuality. The straight girls and boys in my school are more likely to sleep around and do sleep around but the bi and gay girls and boys in my school are less likely and don't sleep around. I think people need to realise that personality plays the biggest part in the answer to the question.

I have to say as a bisexual im naturally gonna have to say that bisexuality is a natural happening since i exist. I admit at one point just as many were, i was confused. However after being with both males and females i have come to realize i am both emotionally and physically attracted to both. If you say that isn't right then I'm just a freak of nature then. However to say we sleep around more is not a whole truth. It is true in the sense that because we like both we have lovers crossing the genders so in a sense i guess that is more in a way. Although this may be true only sleep around as much as any horny guy would so really, its all up to each bisexual's personality.

As with all people, one should sterotype all bisexual people. Being bi, i know that bisexuals are not just people who r confused and/or r afraid to admit they're gay. they are some who r confused or on the long road to coming out as gay but that is not the case for all bisexuals. as for greediness, some may be greedy but at least i'm not. i'm more attracted to girls than to boys. To me, some days i would rather be w/ a girl and others i would rathr be w/ a boy. i guess that may make me more likely to keep a boyfriend and a girlfriend at the same time but that's just me.
