my x gf...only recently have i come out to my friends, they are all cool with it, actually its kinda brought me closer together with some of my friends

I told my best friend the day before april fools, as i thought she was going on holiday on april fools, and i needed to tell her, then she told me she didnt believe me, until i told her some ...stuff.... but she rang me at 12:01pm and was like omg, u really are, i knew it. She loves it, a guy who can go in town with her and comment how fit a guy is with her. Ive told a couple more friends, one came out straight after i told him and they are fine with it, but im waiting till i finish school cos alot of people bully people that are gay here and i dont wanna b one of them lol but im on study leave anyway now, im thinkin of tellin my bro as hes always sed he wouldnt mind, so as my mom aswell, but im scared she will tell my dad, who is REALLY "old fasioned" and dosent like gay people.

i dont remember. its been 2 years but all my friends found out about the same time. my parents just found out 2 days ago.

I first came out to my best friend when she asked me what turns me on. I told her that she wasn't going to expect the answer I had for her and she didn't when I told her it was guys. Then a few months after that I came out to the rest of my friends and the entire school. Then the next month I told my parents in note when I left the house. I don't promote coming out to parents especially if you think that they won't like it because they most likely won't.

I seem to be unlike most ppl cause I came out to my dad first. He didn’t believe me but when he realized I was serious he was probably the most supportive. I haven’t told my mom yet cause she’s kinda crazy and my parents are divorced so that why she’s doesn’t know yet. I think I’ve really confused my friends cause I changed my facebook status to say I like both women and men and no one has asked why. They just ignore my hints or some just don’t talk to me anymore. I need to just say it to their face

Well, after I figured out I liked guys as well as girls, I came out to my best friend, who is a girl. She freaked out, hugged me, and started to ask me how I knew, when did i find out, "do you like someone?"...typical girl reaction . I'm glad she took it that way (I mean, she's really supportive, but I wasn't sure how she was gonna take it). After that, I told my closest friends first, and they were all supportive. Hell, I think everyone I know knows by now, and they're all OK with it....except for my parents, of course, but that's a different story...
Thank god for liberal cities like the one I live in!
