Hi im 14 andj just wonderd if anyguys here came out quite a young age ?

I not told my parents yet and may jsut wait to im 16 currently i have a BF and as having a guy sleep over is much easyier to do when a girl sleeps over lol they dont suspect anythign i dont think. I didn't come out til I was 17, but thats because I wasn't sure if I was gay. All I can suggest to you is that you come out when you are ready to. Whether that be now or in two years time, it's your decision.<br><br>Post edited by: eversweet, at: 2006/07/17 16:28

I don't think there is a set &quot;right&quot; time to come out. You just have to plat it by ear and wait till the time is right. When you're ready to come out, you'll know it's what you want. Take your time, that's my advice.

It really varies. I was 15 when i came out to my parents. You will know when it is right yourself. Good luck no matter when you do.

I personally waited til i had some experience that confirmed wat i'd thought for years.
I was a bit worried wen i first accepted my feelings at 14 i was just wantin to experiment and didn't wanna go thru the trouble of comin out only to have to later say i was wrong.

I think if not comin out will hold u back and ur sure, u should do it. If not, wait a while.

Im 14 and started coming out to my friends last october, i was fully yanked out of the closet by someone who i had though was my friend in february, but my mum has known that im gay for over a year now.

I figured it out at 13, a girl in my class had a wonderful gaydar, I'm happy I figured it out before I graduated middle school, I wouldn't want to curious in highschool, especially in my community.

I came out three weeks ago making me 23! i know its really late but i really wasnt sure if i was gay or not and didnt want to go to all the bother of telling people if it turned out i was bi or something! well i finaly grew a pair and done it! kinda wished i had come out sooner though! i missed being gay at uni which would have been fun!

Well I'm 14 (almost 15) and I came out to my best friend last night. But like it was said before, I don't think there is any set time to come out..it's when the time feels right.

P.S. I've known I was gay for about 2 years..so I've had time to think about it
