i think a little public affection is nice but full on snogging a bit too much, but i suppose when your in love/lust you can get carried away

I rekon that if straight people can make out in public without anybody giving a stuff, than gay people should be able to as well.

I don't see what the problem is, people should express their love in any way shape or form they deem fit

Personally, i think kissing in public is okay, i mean, fair enough if you're with a group of people and they keep doing it, then it gets annoying, but if its just innocent, and as long as it is just kissing. Then i think it's fine.

barely.conscious you got it spot on. We don't live in the dark ages. If I want to snog a fella in public I damn well will. I've had straight lads pass comments like "fucking queer guys kissing - disgusting" and i always reply: do you kiss your gf in public? yes? then bugger off!! If you think its ok for straights to show affection in public, then you cannot pass jugement on anyone showing affection in public, straight, gay, bi, physically challenged, alien, whatever. I can't stand those people that have one standard for "supposedly normal" people and another for gays

There is nothing wrong with kissing in public, I don't see why there should be a problem with it. It shows companionship between two (or more ) people, so what? Get a grip.
