Okay really easy method to follow :
-eating a well-balanced diet
-don't drink sodas anymore
-don't eat fast food anymore
-don't eat things who contain a lot of fats
-make sport : what you want : judo, swimming, running (about 3 hours a week)
Don't worry in 4 weeks you'll be a handsome guy !
