mkay...
four days ago i started the "atkins" thing and i can already see small differences (i don't weigh myself, but my clothes are looser)
so this will be like a diary thing for me and if any of you want to post stuff about any things you've tried... please feel free

DAY 4
my father has just cooked perogies downstairs in the kitchen and the smell is driving me CRAZY!
im holding up pretty well
drinking lots of water, and avoiding carbs
+ excersizing every day!!!

I'd start weighing yourself, and keep a log of it, or you won't know how far you've come, or even if the diet's working properly.

Brave effort too! I'd have stuck my whole face into those perogies... Polish food really is the best. Keep up the good work anyway, good luck!

Hey Ive started a healthy diet this year to like gain weight cause peeps at school always say im like totally anorexic but thats not exactly true I really eat like a horse but not healthy food hehe XD Well gd luck with ur diet

DAY 6

i ate no carbs today, not even the cardboard bread cracker things that i am allowed to eat...
i am proud of myself
BUT i haven't had the chance to excercise over the last 2 days cuz i've been studying like mad for my exams...
anyway.... when i look in the mirror my face looks a bit thinner... i think that's progress
i'm not going to weigh myself until i'm done with this thing

Anyone with half a brain will tell you that dieting when you're a) not an unheatlhy weight and b) still 15 and not finished growing is going to do you a lot more harm than good.
What's the point?

i agree with flyboy845(think thats right ) apperently the guy who invented the diet died from mal-nurishment but thats not the point, at 15 u shouldnt realy b on a diet any way but the atkins diet is ok if u do it for bout a week but any more and its realy unheathy because u arn't getting the right nutrients etc.. and apparently(i was told this by my science teacher) ur body goes into a starvation mode and ur organs semi shut down and ur metabolism slows down etc.. and what u do eat gets stored as fat to help survive so u end up not losing weight but i dont no much aboud diets lol

yea... taking ur advice i stopped after a week... anyway i look a lot skinnier... i don't know if its just mentally something, but my clothes feel a lot looser too!! yaay!
