) apperently the guy who invented the diet died from mal-nurishment but thats not the point, at 15 u shouldnt realy b on a diet any way but the atkins diet is ok if u do it for bout a week but any more and its realy unheathy because u arn't getting the right nutrients etc.. and apparently(i was told this by my science teacher) ur body goes into a starvation mode and ur organs semi shut down and ur metabolism slows down etc.. and what u do eat gets stored as fat to help survive so u end up not losing weight but i dont no much aboud diets lol
