-Chat Room- 1 Year, 1 Month ago
For some reason, when I am in the chat room and I type something and hit "send," sometimes it says "invalid input." Why is this? I am not putting up a picture, using bad language (once this happened when I said something like "im good, how are you?&quot, or anything like that.

Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

we recommend that you try an alternative web browser like Mazilla Firefox for PC or Safari (latest beta only) or cameno for MAC.

Get a browser called Opera. It's fantastic, fast and it runs the chat like a charm!

The chatroom wont work AT ALL for me.
This is really weird cos its never ever given me any issues until recently. Everything seems completely normal when I sign in and stuff but then the screen just goes blank and then nothing else happens....
At first it said something about me having to download a new flash player. I did. Nothing happened.
Could it have anything to do with the fact that I haven't been online for a while (maybe three or four months)?
Since it worked fine before (well, around three or four months ago ) does that still mean that I should use a different web browser? Im crap at the super complicated computer stuff so just the thought worries me
Needless to say this whole thing is super annoying! I could really use some help

There are a few things you could try here:

1. Try different web browsers. If it's giving you a problem using IE7, then try using Firefox and vice versa.

2. Clear out the cache on your web browsers.
Firefox: Tools -> Options -> click on Privacy tab -> click on Clear Now button

IE7: Tools-> 'Delete Browsing History' -> and clear Cookies, Temporary internet filed and Browsing

see if that helps you...

The chatroom hasn't been worknig for me all day. It was worknig fine last night, however today it had met my attempts to enter with a repeated "unable to connect" error.

No-one else having this trouble?
