pecksThis section aims to cover the essential exercises to work the arms and is targeted for those without home weights.


Without weights this muscle group is hard to target, however there are a few exercises that can be used to target the triceps (back of the arm).

One effective exercise is known as a dip, and it involves a simple two step method.

Sit on the end of your bed facing away from it. Hold on to the end of the bed and place your feet about hip-width apart further in front of you so that you can essentially ‘dip’ down to the floor. Keep your back straight and bend your knees 90o.

Lower yourself until your arms are at 90o you should feel a stretch, then push your arms back up to their original position but not so they lock straight

The best advice I could give would be to buy some dumbells if you wish to target the biceps!

If you want some nice upper body muscles go work at walmart unloading trucks full time. I was easting as much as I could and still loosing weight which is unusual for me but I got better arms and back muscle. 
 
Walmart sucks btw thet dont pay much at all and work you hard. It's not the store it ust to be.

good advice butif u r going 2 use weights u shud b careful cos they may upset the growth of the muscles. dont stress out the body 2 much! :(

I now understand what you are suppose to do. I have been using my backpack with books in it as dumbells, and if it is to heavy I take some books out. Hope this helps yall! :) :)

There should be pictures explaining the steps more clearly.... becasue I am really interested but I cannot understand them. Or maybe make a video of someone doing it properly.

Heavier weights and fewer reps will bulk up the muscle. So if you are trying to show off your muscles thats what i would suggest. I have found doing 3 sets of reps being 10, 5, 5, to work the best

what to do ?
i am about 200kg prob one ! 
but i can lift massive amounts of weight compared to other people my age  
i can rep on my right about 70 kg  
and 60 kg on my left but what can i do to make them show off more as you cant realy tell they are thear.  
i was thinking about steriods but not entirley convinced jet what is your advice :grin

its a good exercise. if you dont have weights. try using a bottle of laundry detergent. those can be heavy

Thanks for trying.
Im not trying to put you down as you did try to put the offort in here, its just there are loads of arm exercises you can do with out weights and i think perhaps you should update this review to include some of them!
