And excuse me are you saying Woolworths is easy?!?! We get nasty customers too y'know. In fact most people hate Woolworths, the amount of times I've been shouted at is unbelievable, mostly for not having things in stock. "Sorry we haven't got this on stock" "But there's loads of cases on the shelf" "Yes, they're only display cases" "Well you shouldn't have them on display if you don't have it in stock" "But it's store policy to keep it on display because you can order it from instore ordering" "Well I don't wonna order off that, I want it now, that's no good to me" and also we're not allowed to refund without receipts so they complain about that "but it's faulty I want my money back" "Yes but you have no proof of purchase" "but it's faulty, I can't use it" and this old man called me deaf because I had to ask him 3 times what lottery he wanted, I couldn't hear him, I didn't intentionally ask him 3 times for the fun of it!! And I argued with this man because he says I didn't give him his Mobile top up, And I did, but he thought it was a card when it's only a voucher, so it's on a receipt because we don't do cards no more. I was also trying to serve a customer when this man came up to me asking about a Nintendo DS and I couldn't help him because I was busy serving a customer so he went "fat lot of good you are" and walked out. Arghh I hate them! I sometimes feel like punching them or shouting at them, customer is always right...Pfft WRONG! Now my customer service seems to be really bad, but I put on a smiley face for the customers haha And the amount of smelly customers we get it's like eww I'm so tempted to open a perfume bottle and offer them a free sample It's very pleasing when you get lovely customers though, there are some nice ones thank god that you can talk to and they always say when I'm giving them lottery to give them lucky numbers and then I say just remeber who served you if you win!! Sadly none have one yet or atleast they haven't told me about it so I still have to stay working there

That's three done now just one more to go and I have 2 weeks until my next one and it's only drama so a nice break off I got now, probably gonna be bored on my own for 4 weeks of study leave, I hope it's not wet like this or I'm not going to be best pleased! LOL. I'm singing at a wedding next Saturday (24th May) so I have to practise for that as I haven't learnt the songs yet and then I'll revise for drama because the AS exam is quite hard, I have to write 4 essays in one and a half hours and then I got another paper where I have to make a set design so that's ok really but the both exams are gonna take three hours, I can't sit in the hall for three hours!! Lol. It's too cold in there I hope you did well in you're exams today although I'm sure you did!! And good luck for the rest of them too! I did my math GCSE in year 10 and I got a U But then I resat it in year 11 and got a C which I'm pleased with because I hate math lol. I didn't take German so I didn't do that Ich spreche Deutsch, es gut danke!! Ick bin intelligent, wie gehts? That's pretty much all I can say and that's probably wrong lol. Although I do like languages I did German and French from years 7-9 Bonjour monsiour, ca va? You can relax for a bit now, even though you should be revising, I had a C in english lit and lang and I don't think I did any revision for it well I didn't revise for anything at home, the only revision I did was in lessons in school because I can't concetrate at home, too many distractions I need to be sat down and actually have someone make me do it! lol. I wish I took music now And business studies sounds good too, although it's very much like ICT I think. My exams didn't go too badly either, the first 3 questions on the Welsh exam were pretty easy, the last question I got wrong though because I wrote about the wrong poem. I went half an hour before the end because I had finished. Then I had to walk back to school because our exams are held in the church hall so it's quiet, in the rain!! I was soaked and my hair was just a mess and it went all curly so I saw my Welsh teacher and told her how it went only to find out I wrote about the wrong poem! And then I phoned my mum to come pick me and take me home to straighten my hair because it was such a mess! So she picked me up and I went to my nans for my dinner. Then I had to go back to school for my Spanish exam, that one was alright though, so I'm not worried about that Spanish has to be the easiest langauge EVER! Do you go to a Welsh school then? And you still haven't told me what year your in lol. I have an ICT exam tomorrow and I'venot started revision for that yet I don't wonna revise after spending all last night "revising" I think I deserve a break Theres a good boy giving up your lunch to revise! I wish I was like you, I hate revising, so boring and I can't concentrate on my own, I need to be spoon fed by teachers!! lol I got a credit card now too, all my woolworths money goes into that account, I changed my PIN number to something I'll remember to and so my mum doesn't know my PIN because she keeps my card lol I have about £2500 in there because I'm saving up for a car although I've been using my credit card, I bought some clothes when I went to Cardiff that was the first time I used it And then I bought a wii, but my dad uses it more than me so I'm making him pay for it!! He likes his tennis! lol Withing 5 minutes of setting it up he smashed the ceiling light and glass shattered everywhere, it was so funny, he's so stupid it could only happen to him I don't really play games consoles tbh, I have a PS2 and PSP but I don't play on them, I'm not into them, I only bought a wii to get fit, I lost 4lbs or so it says GTA4 is all out of stock in woolworths, it's a popular game every time I answer the phone.... I need to be spoon fed, that's why I liked it in my old school where last year for GCSE's we didn't have study leave we stayed in school and revised in lessons, that's the only reasons I passed them though because I did nothing at all at home, but GCSE's are alright, they're not that hard so I'm sure you'll be fine You have to atcually put work in for Alevels though and I did more work for my GCSE's last year than I have this year, I don't like 6th form or then new school I'm in. I don't know what I wonna do anymore Argh Anyway that sounds like a good plan to me, you can't beat last minute revision. Although I like my sleep and I wouldn't be bothered to get up that early to revise, I know I wouldn't do any anyway, but saying that I wouldn't have sexy boys commenting me to distract me so I might I wonna move to a city, I don't like it on a mountain it's too quiet and theres nothing to do I might go to uni in Cardiff, I went to the Cardiff uni open day the other week, I don't know what I'm doing or where I'm going yet though. But I do go to Cardiff quite a bit, I have my singing lessons down there and I go shopping and to the theatre and obviously my dad works in IKEA so I go there too lol 40 minutes isn't all that long you know! lol It's about the same in the car, well it depends on the traffic really it takes my dad between half an hour to an hour to get home sometimes.
