I had a lesson on homosexuality last year but I was really let down by it, I thought there was going to be some talk about who people should open their eyes but it wasnt anything like that. I am really lucky at my school a lot of people dont care about my sexuality and just get along with me but the few people who talk about 'gay bashing' didnt learn a thing about the gay community. I always felt that people who were gay in my school had to struggle to find out who they were and I just hope in the future homosexuality is discussed openly to widen eyes of people who perhaps dont really know much about gay people. But I can see things are changing for the better and the friends of mine who know im gay really dont care about it, in fact they love it!
