yh once my right testical was red and swollen. i first saw this on thursday. it began to really hurt so by monday night i finally told my mum. she phoned up the local doctors for an appointment. yes he had to examine it and i was a bit emmbarassed but hey. he then told me its pobably a torsion of the testicle and only needs six hours before the testicle dies. i was really panicing now considering it started from thursday.he said an opperation had to be done to make it right. so we hurried down to the hospital where a futher 3 people examined it. then an hour later the surgeon says its a infected cyst which needs to b removed or it could spread to the other. an hour later im sent to theatre, anisthetic etc, hour later op over and im asleep in the hospital wing. next day im home feeling sore but at least i didnt lose my precious testicles  
 
although it might have bin embarasing at the time it was better off telling someone.
