Definatley more public accenptance and zero tolerance on homophobia are great ideas more education is required on the matter though.. some religions here in Australia still do not permit homosexuals in their familys which results in alot of teen suisides..
schools should be a mandatory thing to educate not only youths but particularly the young offenders of the homophobic actions.
