Honestly, I use the term "that's so gay" in everyday conversation. When I say it, I clearly don't mean that something is homosexual.lol. What we all need to realize is that over time, words will either adopt, or change definitions altogether. Just like the word gay went from meaning "happy" to meaning "homosexual", its now begining to mean "corny" or "lame". However, over use of the word can be bad though. When it is used to the point where you make someone feel uncomfortable, you should stop. But, if someone is make you feel that way, tell them. I'm sure they'll stop. In the end, the phrase "that's so gay" shouldn't be offensive. People who get upset about the term just need to chill out!
